    Michel Lafon was born on April 17, 1952. He has written numerous essays on Argentine literature as well as a book about co-writing, Nous Est Un Autre ("We Are Another"), itself co-written with Benoît Peeters. He has served as editor on a number of biographies and wrote the introduction to Jean-Pierre Mourey's comic book adaptation of The Invention of Morel, published by Casterman, who offer him the chance to write an an album of Les Aventures D'Alix, his favorite comic book as a child.
