Rob Zombie has announced recently that the sequel to Halloween, "H2" has wrapped.  They spent 35 days of filming.  The movie will be released on August 28, 2009.  The movie includes actors such as Malcolm McDowell, Tyler Mane and Margot Kidder.  Here's what old Michael Myers will look like.

Looks pretty Bad@ss.  Rob's last film was a refreshing new take on a cult classic.  I totally approve.


Just so long as we don't see the young Michael Myers again.  I can't stand his ugly face.

I'm not a big fan of Horror movies but I have seen the Halloween movies and I totally loved the Rob Zombie take on it.

I like the new look. Looks pretty awesome.

I'm not surprised with Margot Kidder.


She does have that trailer trash 80's look now that fits so well with Rob Zombie's style.

I wasn't a fan of the first Rob Zombie Halloween
The classics were alot better.

Maybe he survived the gunshot wound on his head when Laurie shot him in the last scene of the first film.

Seriously, does anyone else think this(the entire Halloween series all over)  suck? I mean, one of the aspects about the original Halloween films was Michael's innocence(before he went all serilal killah' on them asses'). In Rob's first Halloween film only a incompetent cookie wouldn't see that Michael was troubled. I think Mr. Zombie's dessision to give Michael an reason for going all maniac on them asses takes away some of the main themes of the old movie, true born evil. Rob 'as also stated that he will pull it far away from Carpenter's version which I find hallarious thinking of the fact that it is Carpenter's Michael we all learnt to love and if he is going to change the main character's entire being what is the reason of calling it a remake?
 

the first of these horror movies were always the best. Halloween, Jason, Nightmare on Elm street etc. the remakes or sequels and so on always fall short.

I love the last one as well as the old ones but I don't see how Rob's is going to pull this one off at the end of the last one Myers had his head blown in by a pretty big gun at point blank range.  See the old ones had a supernatural feel to them where Rob's was more as it could really happen,so how is Myers still alive and walking? Well I guess we will have to wait and see.

Slasher films are redundant and lackluster.

the first movie was good and then the rest suck,including rob zombies new take on it...some horror movies just need to be good and then be left alone....why doesnt zombie do a new horror movie, devil's rejects wasnt too bad
