Ivana Baiul was head of Project Genesis for International Operations and was responsible for creating Gen 13.  But when they found out her true intentions, Ivana was forced to flee.  Ivana took a group of Gen-Actives with her and created her own Gen-Active team called DV8 (short for “The Deviants”).  Now Ivana manipulates these kids to further her own agenda.  But whether or not DV8 will allow her to continue this if they find out is another matter entirely.
