History: Menlove was an International Operations agent who renegaded during the 'Rebirth' project and the Gen-Active program to locate displaced or orphaned gen-actives abroad to shape a cult styled family of genetic freaks and maniacs, Twist, which included Blind Lemon, Virginia Dentata, Smoking Boy, Texas, and a collection of retarded, freakish gen-actives locked in a desolate compound. The Twist operated in Los Angeles where they pointlessly murdered a family prompting the attention of the mercenary team DV8 and its leader Ivana Baiul to investigate.
Met by the Deviants (Bliss, Evo, Sublime, Frostbite) and Sideways Bob in an effort to recruit the Twist to the spoiler cell as mercenaries for hire, the Deviants would come to learn that the Twist were too immoral, deranged and vulgar for even their company which lead the Deviants to execute Menlove and the gen-actives he held captive to the cabin from a blast by Frostbite. In spite of the Twists' resurfacings with Texas, Candielion and Empty to revenge on the Deviants in a later scheme- the plan failed with the gen-active maniacs dispersed with the Twists' evil ideals along with its leader dead.
Powers/Abilities: Menlove is a trained soldier and spy adapt with weapons and dossiers to select secrets. He controlled a small "family" of malformed of gen-actives brainwashed to his own evil fantasies and held no visible super-powers.
