Keep it slow and keep it simple
Another issue and the lack of continuity continues. I understand easily enough the story here, I just don't fully understand what is the point of anything in this series. Going back to the first issue, there is little that remains of those stories here, or for that matter even going back to the last issue very little remains. For a series named after war, it has had in fact very little. Not that this concerns me very much, but nonetheless the presence of the soldiers in something more akin to an espionage setting is not working for me very much either. The machismo of the good guys against the bad guys here is generally poorly conceived and doesn't hold up very well either. This is mostly a series which has yet to find any solid sense of direction in terms of storytelling and looks to stay that way.
