    Megalon is a kaiju monster who is the god of the undersea civilization of Seatopia. He is summoned and sent to the earth's surface by Seatopia after they are disturbed by nuclear testing to wreak havoc on the world as revenge. He is assisted in his fight with Godzilla and Jet Jaguar by Gigan.

    Despite only appearing in one Godzilla film, Megalon remains very popular amongst fans, appearing in most Godzilla video games.
