When Marilyn was 13, she was diagnosed with ALS, and has since been on wheelchair. Trying to fight the disease, she began studying robot-technology. She managed to created an amplifier to enhance her nerves, and thereby make her body work normally. But it also unexpectedly granted her superhuman strength. But she still had ALS, and was destined to die young. Knowing that her tech would be used as a weapon instead of helping others with the same decease as her, Marilyn dedicated her life to helping others in the short time she had left. She created the superhero identity Mecha Maid based on Mahoromatic, her favorite anime, and started to fight crime and help others as best she could.
She made partnership with Tiger, and later a rocky-hero named Spinnerette. Spinnerette and Mecha Maid became very good friend, and Mecha Maid soon fell in love with her. But not having the nerves to confess, she settles with being Spinnerette's friend.
After an accident during a heavy storm, her suit was damaged, and Spinnerette had to carry her to the hospital, since she was unable to move. In the hospital-bed, Mecha Maid found the courage to confess her feelings to Spinnerette. The result was that Spinnerette ran out of the room, which hurt Mecha Maid's feelings. After this came a long and awkward week, where Mecha Maid acted like nothing had happened, claiming that she was to drugged up to know what she said in the hospital. It ended with a drunk Spinnerette entering Mecha Maid's lab at the middle of the night, and started to strip herself naked in order to seduce her. Mecha Maid reacted angrily to Spinnerette's assumption that sex and love meant the same thing, but after Spinnerette collapse and explains how scared she was, since this was the first time anyone had ever told her that they were in love with her, Mecha Maid forgives her, and they start dating.
Powers & Abilities
Mecha Maid has superhuman strength from her maid headband that manipulates her muscles. She also wears armor which provides her with several weapons and grant her flight.
She possess a genius level IQ, able to build her armor and an advanced AI system that serves her in her lab.
