Mazikeen

Mazikeen is Lucifer's assistant, she is a demon and daughter of Lillith. She is one of the Lillim.

She is also often seen right at his side assisting him whenever possible. It is also notable that she primarily speaks in an ancient undecipherable tongue which only Lucifer can understand. possibly due to the fact that half of her face is completely grotesque and disgusting, nothing but brain and bone.

She has a deep relationship with Lucifer until in the very end, when he leaves, it devastates her.

She is left a fragile woman with half of her face restored, that which does little to console her missing her man.
