Mazikeen was Lucifer's consort and is a daughter of Lilith. Half of her face is normal, but the other half is skeletal and grotesque, though for a period of time her face was completely normal, something she hated extremely.

She is also often seen right at his side assisting him whenever possible. It is also notable that she primarily speaks in an ancient undecipherable tongue which only Lucifer can understand.
