The Masters of Evil is the name of various groups of super villains and their motive is usually to defeat or humiliate the Avengers. Leaders have included both Baron Zemos, Ultron, the Mandarin, Klaw, Doctor Octopus, Egghead, the Crimson Cowl, Machinesmith, Whirlwind, the Hood, Jonas Harrow, Max Fury and Lightmaster.
The Masters of Evil should be the villians in the Avengers movie!
To me it should be the Mandarin (he'll be in Iron Man 2), the Abomination (The Incredible Hulk film), Loki (he'll be in the Thor film) and Red Skull when he's got Steve Rogers' powers (If he's in Capt. America: the First Avenger). These are all the arch-enemies of Iron Man, Thor, Hulk and Capt. America so it'd be interesting. I know some of these guys aren't actually in the Masters of Evil but it'd be good because there won't be any introducing to do and they're probably the coolest baddies of out of Thor, Iron Man, Hulk and Capt. America. They kind of parallel the Avengers.

I think the villain's in The Avengers film should be The Masters of Evil put together by Loki or Baron Von Strucker and consisting of, THE RED SKULL(would work as the leader) vs Captain America, THE MANDARIN(as a second in command) vs Iron Man, BARON VON STRUCKER vs Nick Fury THE WHIPLASH(third in command) vs War Machine, IRON MAIDEN vs The Black Widow, LOKI(the trickster) vs Thor, EGGHEAD(the brains and in a film he could be more menacing and maniacal) vs Ant Man, YELLOWJACKET(as a duo with Egghead in the Ant Man film) vs The Wasp, and THE ABOMINATION(the muscle) vs The Hulk.
