What ever happened to MJ's half clone baby?

I was just reading through Ben Riley's page and it talked about MJ being pregnent and it turned out that the DNA was part clone. Obviously it got rewritten out of existance with the Brand New Day story or whatever but before the rewind, what was the results from that?

no it states that Ben Trainer did dna tests on the baby before it was born and confirmed that it had half clone dna confirming that Peter was the clone and not Ben but what they didn't know is that Norman Osborn had the tests tampered with to make it seem like Peter was the clone just to mess with Peter's mind....the baby was Peter and Mary Jane's and I guess they're sticking with the miscarriage cover that Norman created when he stole the baby

even in the What If story the baby wasn't Ben's it was Peter's

I was especting a HUGE storyline with this baby after Kaine took him from the scriers....but the aparently retcon everything....
