I gotta go with Mojo. MODOK is no looker, but he's more bizarre looking than ugly.

Mojo is cuddly. Like old stale, doughy yellow bread. He has pretty eyes too. Anyone drawn by Greg Land is ugly. His version of Psylocke with her creepy grin, actually killed an old asian guy. So ugly she killed a guy? That pretty ugly you can't deny that, just like you can't deny this.
