I think to the average non comic reader it would be either Jean Grey or Storm. I'll go with storm because she has a more iconic look, and jean grey has been dead for a while.

and although I like Ms. Marvel, Jean and Storm its really sad that Marvel doesn't really have that Wonder Woman type heroine. I mean none of the characters listed for the pool even have a solo book right now.

I do think its time for Jean Grey to comeback...... I hope to see an incarnation of her in next years Xmen books

NA. Marvel didn't create one female superhero and let her build up steam before introducing a bunch of others. So many of its female superheroines fluctuate in ways that could give many different answers to this question with a reasonable degree of discretion/objectivity. Even Wonder Woman isn't really Wonder Woman. The success of one character over others is not a good thing. So the day Marvel has a Wonder Woman, is the day that they have failed itself, fans and its characters.

the fact that the question is being asked tells you there is none, at least no one who is comparable to wonder woman.

Ms. Marvel? Most people who don't read comics have no idea who she is.

The vote appears to be a toss-up betwen Ms. Marvel and Storm. We need more votes to decide the contest.

Even though I feel dirty saying it, it probably is Storm. Deserving of it? Maybe not.

    But she is.
