Hulk he didnt want to hurt his son until he found out he fed his planet to Galactus. And had to show him he was a good guy. I know Bruce helped too. And Wolverine did kill daken

Logan is a great mentor/father to kids that aren't his own.

Wolverine by far, he just didn't have a chance with Daken.

If the question was Bruce Banner vs Wolverine instead of Hulk vs Wolverine, I'd say Banner. Most of Incredible Hulks was Banner trying to raise his boy right. But Hulk always seemed a little too willing to beat the tar out of Skaar.

So I would say Wolverine is a better Dad than Hulk, but a worse dad than Banner.
