Storm but i may be bias because i like x-men better. Havent read much of Wasp leadership skills, only saw her in Phoenix Rising and she was the avengers leader then. Namor didnt listen to her, lol. Wasp was my favorite Avenger when i was a kid(from the 90's cartoon) but i like scarlett Witch now.
Back during Secret War was pretty much the only time they were leaders of their respective teams at the same time. I'd give Wasp the edge then. However, Storm has spent significantly more time as leader of the X-Men, than Wasp did The Avengers.
Storm is now unquestionably the better leader, and her field commander abilities are also more developed. Storm takes this.
this is in no way a dig at Janet. She just doesn't have the experience of time served to be placed above Ororo as a leader.
Wasp is one of the more competent leaders that the Avengers have ever had, maybe second only to Cap'..
Storm, on the other hand is both competent and a uniquely inspirational leader. She may not be as great a strategist as Cap', but as an inspiration to her followers, I think she's on his level.
