Hmmm what about Abraxas (who killed a whole lot of Galactus)? You also forget Mephisto, Dormmamu, and Dark Phx but your list is almost right but Abraxas is more powerful than Galactus.

Mostly Galactus because of how he's cosmically anchored to the Marvel Universe

Galactus maybe what most call him. I would prefer to call him Galen. for that is who he really is. and all that power will not change that.

How is Galactus when Abraxas was able to kill a vast versions of him in other universes?

Galactus is not a villain. He is just a force of nature. He has actually helped heros against villains multiple times.
