Spider-Man
Iron Man
Wolverine
Iron man. How anyone can say Spider-Man in the movies is close to how he is in the comics is surely mad. Spider-Man in the comics looks younger and is a wisecracker, Tobey Maguire is fat and unfunny.
I'd say Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk.
Not only were the actors very well casted, but the stories were very close to the comics. The charcters' personalities were very well represented. I thought Downey Jr. portrayed the very carefree (yet deep-down, caring), brilliant, driven billionaire to a T, and Norton (although most of us were more interested in his Green-side) showed the determined, calm scientist exceptionally well.
Also for Thor, Chris Hemsworth did a very good job. He made Thor very other-wordly, larger-than-life, but not too corny.
So far, with the films Marvel has had their own studios on, they've done the best.
Yeah I'd say Iron Man. And Robert Downey Jr. playing him was pitch perfect casting.Yup, Downey IS Tony Stark and he was written to a tee. I even hear his voice when I read Invincible Iron Man now.
Everybody Is overrating Hemsworth,he did good as Thor but he didnt even portray him down to the very T.
Silver Surfer,Thing,Beast,Wolverine,Nightcrawler,Magneto,Prof x, Gambit was ok..,The first Mystique, Lue Farigno /Hulk(looked the part haha) Ironman, Jokers (different versions in the comics), Bale and Keaton/Batman (again different comic versions) Ghostrider, ... Never read Spawn or Hellboy.... Most of X-men are painfully off, No one has really ever did a perfect Superman IMO , Mr.Freeze ,Bane,Riddler and most 90's Batman movies are a bit off, Kingpin,Bullseye,Electra,Daredevil,Catwoman, Lex Luthor, All off.... Most of them I don't mind but others really bug me to the point of not even wanting to watch. Divid Hasselhoff played Nick Furry once btw lol.

Iron man
Bucky in "captain america"
I totally agree with Iron Man. He is the best-adapted character from comics to film, even more than Superman, Batman, and a number of characters from the various X-Men movies, who were all very, very good.
However, with Bucky I wish he was notably younger (only a year or so) than Steve and that they'd included the "raised on a military base and a vicious badass" thing that Bru introduced during the Winter Soldier arc. That said, the Bucky they put up on screen was very entertaining and I literally cheered (much to the embarrassment and confusion of my wife) when he held the shield in the film. I'm hoping that the next Captain America film is a Winter Soldier arc and that they cover the "vicious badass" training during his indoctrination process.
Doctor Octopus. I actually liked the movie version of Doc Ock more then the comic version, only character I can think of that I can say that.
Iron Man. Steve Rogers was pretty good too. Especially when he was skinny Steve. Hulk's depiction in TIH was pretty good too, but to be fair, there's not really much to do there. Thor was ok. Not the best, though. Loki and Red Skull, however, were very well done.
Then you have the FF and the X-Men and Daredevil at Fox, which none of those characters were anything like their comic book counterparts. With the exception of Fassbender's Magneto (I felt he captured the essence of the character extremely well), and Chris Evans's Human Torch.
And at Sony, home of Spidey and Ghost Rider, the only one who was true to their comic book counterpart was J. Jonah Jameson.
