Thor, Silver Surfer, Hercules, Gladiator, Nova, Sentry, Thanos, Black Bolt, Doctor Strange, Zeus, Odin, Ares

We have all these heavy hitters, all male, but where are the females that are on their level? It seems like marvel is lacking. When was the last time a female (besides jean) caused or saved the universe from a cosmic threat. It's like a females job in marvel is to look hot, have flashy powers, and either save the earth or help the men save the universe by being cannonfodder/plot support.

True. But once again spin-offs of males.

What do you mean by that? I don't see having less female powerhouses as any but realistic.

Sue is the most powerful member of the Fantastic Four, and the X-Women can take on 90% of their male peers. Storm, Jean and Rogue were the most powerful X-Men when Claremont was writing. Then we have women who are powerful in other ways like Agent Brand who leads S.W.O.R.D, Medusa who is the queen of the Inhumans, Shuri queen of Wakanda, Maria Hill, and ladies like Valkyrie, Lady Sif, She Hulk, and Captain Marvel have stood toe to toe with the male heavy hitters.

They may not be the most powerful in the Marvel Universe, but I love Marvel's heroines
