@jayc1324: Very much. Marvel Now isn't like New 52 where it's a total universe reboot; the old continuity's still there, there are just all new series.
Marvel Now is just marketing to try to sell more books. It creates new starting points for potential readers and makes an excuse to have new #1's to sell more books.
marvelnow! disregards the normal comic fan in favor of over the top marketing and hype by constantly restarting books and insulting fans intelligence by putting a huge #1 on books that aren't actually #1 and also numbering their books with 3 digits when they know damn well they well never make it passed 50. They also make numerous variants that relate to Deadpool on books that don't actually have him in them. They also renumber books that have a collective number in the even hundreds as an "anniversary" issue then restart it a few months later leaving large holes in a numerous books runs by pretending separate volumes are actually all the same volume, like Ultimate Spider-Man and Fantastic Four. They also allow Dan Slott to write fanfic for Spider-Man and use it as cannon.
