On Tuesday, word got out over Marvel's upcoming strategy to launch all-new directions and perfect jumping on points for new readers. Some of the creators attached to the relaunched series were revealed but the artists were not made official. Today, Marvel has released more details on what we can expect this Fall.

Marvel Now! is the culmination of Marvel ReEvolution, Marvel's initiative to "evolve the comic book experience through innovation."

The first title to kick off Marvel Now! in October will be UNCANNY AVENGERS #1. It will be written by Rick Remender with art by John Cassaday. In this series, the Avengers and X-Men have to join forces to overcome "the greatest challenge either team has ever faced, one so devastating that neither can afford to do it alone!" The series will deal with Captain America's newly formed team and the struggle to co-exist while dealing with the repercussions of AVENGERS VS. X-MEN.

In November we'll see ALL-NEW X-MEN #1 By Brian Michael Bendis and Stuart Immonen and AVENGERS #1 by Jonathan Hickman and Jerome Opena.

December will give us NEW AVENGERS #1 by Hickman and Steve Epting.

What Axel Alonso, Editor-in-Chief wants to make clear is the following:

This isn’t a reboot or a reimagining—Marvel NOW! is all about looking forward, building on our rich history of great stories and delivering new ideas.

The fact that there will be "repercussions" from AVENGERS VS. X-MEN makes it clear we're not seeing something similar to what DC did last year.

Here's what Tom Brevoort, SVP, Executive Editor, Marvel Entertainment had to say:

We brought fans the biggest comic book event imaginable in Avengers VS. X-Men and now we’re taking the Marvel Universe to an exciting new place, beginning with Uncanny Avengers #1. If you’re a long-time fan, all the stories you’ve read will give you even more enjoyment of what’s happening now—we’re not abandoning our past. But if you’re a new reader, this is where you’re going to learn just why Marvel comics are unlike anything else you’ve ever read. And no character is left unaffected by Marvel NOW!.

Every comic with the Marvel NOW! branding will include a code for a free digital copy on the Marvel Comics app.

I'm a bit annoyed that All New X-Men is replacing Uncanny. Do people want an ongoing focused on the past team going to the present? We all know they will get their memories erased when they go back.

Now that is an outrage Uncanny was a really good title. I think Marvel Now! I hope they release a Silver Surfer series or maybe another Cosmic series?

It's worthless. It's another Bendis miniseries masquerading as an ongoing (Avengers Assemble anyone?) that is given unfair ongoing status just because of the writer.

about time Cap's suit got a bit of a redesign, and anyone else think that Iron Man's new suit looks alot like Mainframe, forshadowing things to come maybe?

I was thinking the same thing. I have been trying to keep abreast of all this news since it broke, and I do not recall anything being said about canceling any X-books. I could be wrong though.

What he said. I never heard that, but it may make sense depending on the AvX outcome. Personally the All New X-Men is the only series I'm interested in. Mainly because X-Factor was the first series that I ever collected. Just keep the stinking Avengers outta that book, and I'll be good.

I'm looking for more series as well. Cloak and Dagger would be fantastic. They are the main reason I picked up the most recent Wolverine issue.

This can be read several ways, since both New Avengers and Avengers are now running concurrently it is possible that Uncanny won't be "replaced".

You are probably right though. They better not mess around with Wolverine and the X-Men! That book is awesome!!!!

Another new series I'm hoping for is for the initiative to restart. Youth in Revolt was maybe my favorite part of fear itself. I think it be cool if Prodigy started it up and kept it going.

See Marvel better not mess up the X-Mens squad in this "New X-Men" they have ALL the best X-Men now like i enjoy Danger, Magneto, Namor, Magik, & Emma on the team and I also like Frenzy. I guarantee they will drop these X-Men from the lineup for New X-men. :/ and on a more important note. Why in the hell would the X-Men and Avengers team up or even be cool again after the events of Avx!

P.S. I do like Jean Grey very much but if her return means putting Emma to the side then Jean can stay gone a little bit longer. And why cant Jean get a modern costume!

I thought that Avengers was bi-weekly. If Hickman is writing New Avengers also, that means he is turning out three Avengers comics a month. How long can he keep up that pace?

I don't know if i must cry or laugh when i read this :

It is like every 3 month they want to force "an event that will change of the marvel universe for EVER" which everyone forget 2 issue after. Since secret invasion it is like they are chotting themselve in the foot.

I think it's pretty funny how instead of branching mutants off to a different universe like everyone's said should been done for years now, Marvel's nearly genocided the mutant population and is now integrating them with the Avengers of all teams! Way to stand your ground, fellas.

After AvX is over im done with Marvel. Like yea its cool what they are doing with the Avengers lineups but why the hell are they going to F up the X-Mens lineup? like y are they bringing the past 5 X-Men to the future what the hell is going to happen to the present X-MEN? Which makes me fear the outcome of Avengers vs X-men 12, what are they just going to kill all the X-Men!?

Like this is the best X-Men lineup they have ever had right now. I enjoy seeing Magneto, Emma, Namor, Danger, Frenzy, & Magik as X-Men. Everyone's involved and present expect for Nightcrawler, Jubilee, and Jean Grey which isnt bad.

I don't think Marvel Now is touching Amazing Spider-Man. After all it's just about to start this whole Alpha the sidekick thing. Hopefully Remender stays with Agent Venom. It's my favorite series right now and it would suck if it got canceled.

Poor X-Men. I'm glad I'm not too much of an X-Men fan, this won't affect me much. So Hickman's doing New Avengers as well now? Interesting.

@flame_x: Exactly!!, Regenisis was SUPPOSED to be a fresh start for the x-titles. namely Uncanny xmen since it got renumbered to 1. and it actually boosted the sales of that title, i think its the 2nd or 3rd best selling marvel title. i really dont see marvels logic, but marvel is ALL about money and milking out new series for avengers and xmen titles, this is why i am more of a DC guy, they have a more structured business. honestly if not for Marvels movies and TV shows to boost the success of Marvel theyd be in big trouble..over the years i have slowly lost respect for Marvel, to day. i lost a large amount for the publisher. im going to recommened all my comic friends to stay away from marvel. DC all the way!!!!!
