Yeah but around 2005 is when they started to retcon and redefine the intelligence of the their big time geniuses, so anything before that is kind of pointless. Honestly just a good rule of thumb most things before disassemble are often just contradicted and retconned by more modern stories.

IQ 250? Banner's intellect cannot be measured by any known intelligence test. And Banner is a bit behind Reed.

I think its really hard to rate these characters in intelligence look at doom he invented time travel and hank pym created an A.I so perfect it is ultimately flawed Bruce banner leading scientist by far when it comes to gamma radiation personally.

If you were rating it purely off IQ I think you did a good job but you should have had Doctor doom and T-challa tie for second. (He said to be equal in intelligence to the likes of Reed Richards.)

Without considering cosmic beings such as Athena, Galactus, Thanos, etc., the smartest mortal in the marvel universe is The Leader. The other characters on the list are actually people whose extremely high intellect falls within the boundaries of "normal" humans, whereas the Leader's intelligence is actually a superpower that puts him at a whole different scale. As his super-human intellect resulted from gamma radiation, it's a fact that his brain power is the equivalent to Hulk physical strength. So basically, the smartest man on earth is to the leader what the strongest man on earth is to the Hulk... An ant. In the early Hulk issues, the Leader gets some massive intelligence feats, arguably unmatched by any of the people on the list. Number 2 on my list would be High Evolutionary, whose intelligence and overall existence gradually evolved to superhuman levels.

So my list would be:

(3,4). Reed Richards, Victor Von Doom (same level)

(5,6,7,8). Bruce Banner, Tony Stark, Hank Pym, Hank McCoy (any order).

(9). Amadeus Cho (sometimes he appears almost superhuman)

(10). T'Challa, Peter Parker
