What's up with the comic Old Man Logan and should I read it?

It looks like fun, but I don't get it, i skimmed through the first few pages to decide if i should buy it ( still not sure ), but every thing seems weird, wolverine is as old as hawkeye ( which makes no sense, he should be aging WAY slower, or not aging at all ) and hulk she-hulk and hulkling are rednecks riding the Fantastic Four's cars...so could anyone explain what the f*** is going on?

I actually ordered the trade for this story a few days ago at my LCS and it just came in today. Excited to read it. Don't know about the story yet though but from what I've seen on here it's a great story, seemingly one of the best Wolverine stories of late.

Ah hmm some of your questions are answered in story, but its not too spoilerish so I hope no one will mind? Wolverine's mental state and traumatic experiences basically make him lethargic and it has a negative effect on his aging. Maybe try and think of a super stressed chain smoker in their 30's and how they can look much much older. Hulk has children, so you might have seen his children in the Fantasti-car. Uh and if they look like red-necks well… to quote the great poet Yung Humma, Hulk smanged someone he was related to… so a certain writer was probably playing up the whole incest red neck thing.

Have you ever seen Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven? It's pretty much that, but replace Clint Eastwood with Wolverine and Morgan Freeman with Hawkeye.

Yeah, I definitely recommend this book if you're a huge Wolverine fan! Basically, this story is like an alternative universe for Wolverine and it's more like a "What if" situation for Wolverine.

It has hawkeye and wolverine on a cross country drug smuggling run in the spider buggie. Of course you should read it.
