A rule of thumb that generally works for Marvel characters is that 3 years for us equals about 1 year for them.
Runaways started in 2003, so 3 or 4 years ago for them; if they were all in their mid-teens then, they should be in their late teens-early 20's by now (except for Molly, of course, who should probably only be 13 or 14 by now). Young Avengers started in 2005, so definitely not more than 3 years ago for them, which makes sense with Hawkeye who's probably like 18 or 19 by now and has just recently moved out on her own.
Like I say, these are general rules and don't always apply across the board. If we think of Spider-man or the original X-men who were introduced 50 years ago having aged like 17 years, it would make all of them in their early 30's; so in that case it works. Kitty Pryde was 13 in 1980, so she'd be 23 or 24 now. Mostly it works..
But then there are weird anomalies within that like Franklin Richards who's somehow been about the same age since 1985 without anyone noticing that he should probably be the same age as the Young Avengers (if not older). I mean, he was born in 1968, so by marvel-time he should be at least 15, but because he was born before there really was marvel-time he was somehow old enough to join Power Pack in 85...
anyway, most of the time it works basically like that..
