Odin fully rested with the Odin force VS Jean fully in control with the Phoenix force, battle to the death. Who wins?

What should I read to learn more about the Phoenix? One of my friends really piqued my interest a while ago. Any specific arcs I could read to get background on Jean's battle with the Phoenix and the magnitude of the Phoenix' power?

My vote goes Odin force.

im going with jean. odin is really not that op when it comes to the higher godlike tiers

since this is OdinFORCE vs Phoenix FORCE there really is not question. A force of the Universe vs. A semi-mystical source of phenomenal but still slightly limited power... um is there any real question here? Phoenix Force helps shape, destroy and create the entire universe.

However if we make this an Odin vs. Jean (as Phoenix) it becomes much tougher to call. Push Jean too far and Dark Phoenix persona could take over (Jean has all those memories after all, and could easily let them bubble through to go Dark). Odin vs Jean... Odin for the quick win - over time the one-eyed one has no chance against a mutant with Jean's powers. Odin vs. Dark Phoenix... Dark Phoenix easily.
