I want to get a list going of all the mystical/magical/imbued objects there are in Marvel, and possibly rank them in terms of overall power or capability. Here's some to get it started:
 
- The ultimate Nullifyer
- Cyttorak Gem
- Infinity Gauntlet
- Eye of Agamotto
- Book of Vishanti
- Orb of Agamotto
- Thor's Destroyer Armor
 
Also, as you add to the list, can you guys start to order them from top-to-bottom in terms of "power"? Like, if the Cyttorak Gem grants better protection than Thor's Destroyer Armor, then it should go above it. Etc.

The Ultimate Nullifier is said to be the most powerful in Marvel Universe so keep that as number one.

Heart of the universe wasn't cannon . It was only part of marvel the end and didnt exist in 616 continuity . The nulifier is said to be as powerful as the gems but the gems can do different things while the nullifier only destroys. The cubes together are said to be as powerful as the gems and can basically do the same things.

The Heart of the Universe is questionable because it has been revealed that the universe in Marvel: The End is Earth-4321 and not Earth-616. Look it up, I tell the truth. It might have been Earth-616 at one point, but now that is no longer the case. And yes, I do realize that it has been referenced outside the miniseries in Thanos #1. Marvel: The End has always bugged me because of all the contradicting statements over whether it was one universe or every Marvel property. Instead, I just like to forget that it exists.

Object- The Heart Of The Universe gives users some of The One Above Alls powers.

Being- The One Above All he is God of the Marvel Multiverse. He is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent and Omniversal making him not just the most powerful being in the Marvel Multiverse but one of the most powerful beings in all of fiction.
