I don't follow much current Marvel. I was talking to a friend on facebook and he says that Tony Stark is currently the smartest. Is this true or is he still around number 3 or 4. How are the top 5 smartest in marvel (facts appreciated)

Tony is not the smartest... It's currently a toss up between Reed Richards and Dr Doom... Next would probably come Hulk and then Beast, then Tony or Spidey...

Thats what I thought. He came back by saying that Reed ask tony to check his calculations. I wasn't very sure so I didn't bring anything up. It was always my understanding that Reed is a genius at just about everything and Tony is more a tech genius

Isn't Valeria supposed to be smarter than Reed?

@sungod88: If the Marvel Universe has a Science problem, even a tech one, they go to Reed because he is the overall genius...

I don't think anyone even goes to Stark anymore...

I think it's Tony, isn't he supposed to be super humanly smart now? If not him Reed Richards then.

I was always under the assumption that Reed was the smartest and Tony wasn't that far off but still behind him. I don't follow current Marvel but that was always my basic understanding.

Gonna be honest it's been a very long time. I mostly follow what my friends say thats why I came here
