Marvel's Most Powerful Female Character?
Meggan.
ooh, I forgot about her! good call!
Death
haha! I was gonna say that, too, but I figured if the Phoenix didn't count, death wouldn't either.
@oldnightcrawler: he said no one like Phoenix and Death is nothing like Phoenix. Its a loophole.

well, they're both cosmic entities, and at least half of what the Phoenix is is a manifestation of death (and rebirth).
@joshmightbe: @wwq3: @oldnightcrawler: Here is my proper list in order.
- Meggan (Elemental Empath with a huge range of abilities and frankly, was powerful enough to overcome Hell Lords and stop the Chaos Wave)
- Rachel Grey (Most powerful Telekinetic/Telepath in existence)
- Cassandra Nova (Her psychic abilities whilst lacking Rachel's raw power, are perhaps the most refined of any telepath ever, they exceeded even Xavier's)
- Stardust (The most potent Female herald)
- Thor Girl (Bested Gladiator, with more raw power than Thor himself.)
- Magik (Currently, laying beatings on Dormammu and able to access Limbo extensively whenever she desires it. Arguably the most powerful mystic on the planet)
- Invisible Woman (The Fantastic Four's most powerful member.)
- Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers, a powerhouse in every sense of the word)

Pretty good list, although I would add Spectrum and Hope. I am also not sure if Carol belongs on that list unless she can tap into her Binary form again. Those ladies you listed are team wreckers and given the chance can beat up on a lot of their male counterparts.

That looks pretty accurate to me, though, I wouldn't count out She-Hulk or Rogue.
