Marvel: Most Powerful human Superhero/Supervillian

I guess. But even in the comics they are considered a new and different form of life. they are as different from us as we are to the Cro-Magnun Man.
I wasn't sure myself about Ghost Rider, but he DOES have a human.. you would consider Johnny Blaze a host, right?
" @SC said:Indeed. Facts are facts here mutie lovers. Go find your own threads to discuss who might be stronger than Storm." @joshmightbe said:Not just the Law. even their own kind like Magneto and Xavior often speak as though they are separate from Humanity. "" @Caligula: Mutants are technically human "According to the law, they are not. "
" @SC: They are generally born from human parents and honestly given the description of the X gene in the comics its not a whole lot different than the gene that controls hair color on the genetic level "yeah but it's evolution. how much evolution does it take to be considered a new species. i mean if a dude has wings I wouldn't be like oh yeah he is Human.
" @SC: They are generally born from human parents and honestly given the description of the X gene in the comics its not a whole lot different than the gene that controls hair color on the genetic level "
Don't try and bring a reasonable and well thought out argument to this discussion, please let the court refer to Toy Biz vs. United States. The highest Court in the land, the Court of International Trade has declared that mutants are not human, nor do they bear any similarities, likeness or connection to humans biologically. Freaks, *cough* I mean Mutants, they are non human creatures.
" @Caligula: A person born with extra fingers or toes is still considered human same with the occasional person born with a tail(yes that actually happens sometimes) so that being the case physical mutations shouldn't really be considered non human "But they aren't just physical. they are biologically different from Humans. they have diseases and such we can't catch just like Humans and Dogs ect.

okay, I thought you might have taken him seriously. :D

Evolution or... de-evolution? Plus evolution is just a theory not a law, not like the actual law, which is the law, which states mutants are inhuman. IE NOT human. Case closed. Lets argue whether Punisher can take Kingpin now, my money is on the hefty businessman.
" @joshmightbe said:simmer down. Storm fans have left the building." @Caligula: I know "That better not be a reference to me and my level of sincerity? I get really serious when it comes to Court of International Trade and characters power levels is no trivial matter! *eye twitch* >.< "

SENTRY!!!! Der, does the power of a million suns mean anything to you? It took, what, the entire Avengers network to bring him down? And even when thrown into the sun, there's a chance he's still alive. One that I'm clinging to ;)
" @TypingKira: the million exploding suns thing is unprovenThe entire pantheon of Avengers and Thor had trouble taking him down. If it's an overstatement, it's a mild one. He was powerful enough to wipe himself from existence, bring himself back, destroy Asgard (albeit a mortal one), and the most powerful heroes on earth took a whole issue to know him out.
Unproven, not untrue.
The defense presents the necessary Legal Documents. (you should read, its actually funny and kind of poignant)

I agree, once Punisher dresses up in his Red Pants and Garters or his RPG, its definitely Business Time
hey I got a good one.
the Sorcerer Supreme himself Doctor Strange. (probably the most powerful).

Thats a compelling logical argument TypingKira, your brilliant, especially the later part about something unproven, not necessarily being untrue.
My personal addendum is that Sentry was intended and thought to be around Black Bolt's power when he was created that the following, the large majority of his 616 appearances were written by a writer who has gone on the record his fondness for being vague and ambiguous with his writing and has a proven track record of putting the plot demands ahead of character consistency especially powers, and he has acknowledged this to some degree as well. Sentry actually was written to struggle brining down Asgard (directors cut of the issue) and Thor really experienced no trouble when he realized non lethal solutions would not be an option. So as for a measure of power? Well some examples of an individuals powers aren't that helpful when the reality and nature of plot are more readily apparent I feel.
Also the actual distinction of Million Exploding Earth Suns, its total power output? Its initial power output? Sentry can express that much power in an instant? His total power level? It gets a bit iffy. Especially if he is not compacting into a literal black hole. Now there are ways due to the fictional nature of things, we can come to terms with a lot of what I just said, but Occam's razor (and everything else I wrote above) suggests its really just a hyperbolic metaphor right? Designed and aided in use with the Sentry's noted deconstruction of the Superman and his various catchphrases.

That's really annoying to me, it's kind of a crappy writer who can't figure out how to keep a character IN CHARACTER and move the plot forward. I'm a mediocre writer and I know that.
" @TypingKira: Mediocre is the status quo at Marvel when Joe Q and Bendis are running things "Darnit! I could have gotten a job back then! RRRR!!!!
" hey I got a good one. This one is pretty good. Anyone that knows Mystical Kung Fu earns extra power points with me.

" @TypingKira: only if you obsessively hated fans like Joe apparently did "I obsessively love fans. That sounded weird out of context.
