@cadencev2: The thing is that they both start with different levels of 'juice' before releasing their limiters, and in that regard GR operates on the smaller scale

.... who are we talking about again? I lost track. Are we talking the Heralds?

Anyway the thing about GR is he beaten too many Hell Lords with ease, as well Nightmare, and Strange twice. This puts GR with Spirit in control above Mephisto.

Which makes for awesome plots of street level GR and god tier GR.

@cadencev2: GR/Herald

the skip is the problem

God Tier GR can match God tier Heralds, but then again he is not fully above skyfathers

But at normal levels he is street 'scope' whereas surfer at the least is high end hero bordering on mid tier cosmic

Cool image. I only discovered it so this may seem late. Just a few comments:

1. This list is more organizational than power. It is useful keeping track of the different cosmic beings and their rough place, but several of the forces named would be lower or higher if this was a power chart. For instance, the Odinforce would be on the level of Earth's pantheons.

2. Yahweh is not the same as the One Above All. There is not any evidence that they are one in the same. Heck, it is heavily debatable as to whether or not the Fulcrum should be considered the same being.

3. The Ghost Rider claim that everyone worships the same god is dubious at best since we have seen several of those pantheons mentioned exist and each has their own different afterlife. It is true that where you go it at least partly determined by your belief, but that does not mean it is the same afterlife. I would not consider a human to be as authoritative on the afterlife as a number of other beings. One or two stories have suggessted there is a general "heaven" souls go to, but this is contradicted by other stories. We do know there are a number of hells.

4. Many of those feats attributed to the Monothestic god are equaled by Odin. The Matrix is not confirmed to be the Monothestic God. That is Daimon speculating. Also, there have been a number of origin stories for the Earth. God cast out Lucifer. Odin is usually considered superior to Mephisto. Zeus is superior to Pluto with the latter usually equal to a hell-lord like Mephisto. For the hell-lords, we do not know who took them out. All the scans say is a higher power. In the past, the Living Tribunal has taken an interest in the hell-lords. One of its jobs is to maintain a balance of power between good and evil. It could easily have been the higher power. With the next set of scans I do not see God creating a dimension. Even then we have seen Odin repair galaxies and recreate Asgard. The set of scans claim the Monothestic God created humans. Odin claims to have created humanity. So do virtually all other pantheons. Each GR is a fraction of the Monothestic God's power. Each Asgardian is a fraction of Odin's power. Uriel may be as powerful as Mephisto, but that does not mean all angels are. Several were shown as far weaker. Etc.

Basically, any feat attributed to the monotheistic god is rivaled by Odin or Zeus.

Why is the Odin force higher than Celestials? The entire Odin Force couldn't take down one Celestial.

Because the chart is more organizational than outright power. In some stories, the Odinforce empowers the entire Asgardian race. The Asgardians are directly connected to the World Tree. Fraction's story connected had the World Tree be born from some sort of seed Bor got from elsewhere. The chart classes Yggrdrasil under cosmic forces which following the linkage I mentioned put the Odinforce under there. If you notice the Earth pantheons are listed further down the chart.
