Also I heard that Amazing Spiderman is ending? Is that true as well? I am really confused about Marvel now.

The point one's aren't reboots, from what I've guessed their like super-sized versions of the Point One issues Marvel's been putting out lately to try and help newer readers jump into their stories. From the looks of the covers they appear to be some kind of preview/prelude to some of next years big events (like Ultron War which is going to most likely be the event of next year for Marvel which has been building in the main Avengers title before Fear Itself started with the return of Ultron in Avengers #12.1). Same with The Defenders who are getting a new title in the coming months and the Spider-Man image is probably going to be a result of the aftermath to Spider-Island and from rumors the return of the Scarlet Spider.

Not sure about the whole Amazing Spider-Man ending thing though...

I don't see how anyone could believe that this is a reboot....Marvel's been publishing Point One issues for awhile now...these are just super sized Point One's

Firstly, it is they're not their.

Secondly, they've been doing this for a while now.

It doesn't sound like Marvel is rebooting. Just making a jump on point for readers interested. Marvel wouldn't be hyping the bigger things to come (The Jean Grey Academy Of Higher Learning, The Ultron War, whatever is happening with Marvel's Cosmic, etc) if they were going to make it null with a reboot.

I don't think this is a reboot. This just looks like a stupid gimmick of issues that Marvel's laying out because they think these will sell high just cause they have the number 1 on it.
