    @noone301994: Loki got reincarnated as a badass kid and hero. There's this book with everyone who is going to die names in it called the Book of Hel (it might just be Asgardians and not all people). Loki had his name removed from it so he's effectively immortal now. I guess he just reincarnates now whenever his physical form is destroyed but I'm not sure.

    Thor got sent to limbo after the Fear Itself event and the Silver Surfer and Kid Loki teamed up and retrieved him from limbo.
