So, if you know me, then you would know that I'm no "veteran" of Marvel, and I'm still decently green. There are characters on the cosmic side of Marvel's universe that I would like to get to know, and the characters are the following:

    • Mar-Vell
    • Noh-Varr
    • Genis-Vell
    • Phyla-Vell
    • Quasar
    • Adam Warlock
    • Hyperion
    • Ronan
    • Nova
    • Gladiator
    • Black Bolt/Inhumans
    • Galactus & the Silver Surfer

Any help and recommendations would be very appreciated, I'd prefer the stories be in continuity, and I'd also love you very much. ;-{D

    What's been recommended so far:

    Even order:

Annihilation, Annihilation Conquest, War of Kings, Realm of Kings, Thanos Imperative.

Kree-Skrull War for the original Captain Marvel I believe. Infinity Gauntlet has a lot of Adam Warlock. I also think that Quasar is in Infinity Gauntlet. The newest GotG series had a lot of Warlock. Annihilation is a good cosmic story with Nova, Starlord, Drax, Gamora, and Ronan.

@Cap10nate: Do you know what titles the Kree-Skrull War and the Infinity Gauntlet books take place?

Infinity Gauntlet is something that I recently read and totally recommend for anything Marvel cosmic-related.

@the_tree: Infinity Gauntlet is its own self contained story. Kree Skrull is avengers 89-97 (not sure what volume but it took place in 1971-72)

    For Hyperion, readSupreme Power.

    Read Annihilation first though.

The ones mentioned are pretty much all the really good Marvel cosmic stuff that has been put out in the last few years. But I would also add Infinity War and the Thanos Quest (although that might be hard to find) Thanos Epiphany and Thanos Samaritan.

@Nova`Prime`: In what order would you put Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War, Thanos Quest/Epiphany/Samaritan in?

You also can't go wrong with the Thanos Imperative. Read that after Annihilation and GotG though...

@Gambit1024: Haha, I actually knew about the Thanos Imperative, and it's order with Annihilation and GotG. Now the big characters I'm concerned with knowing about are Black Bolt and the Inhumans, Captain Marvel, Quasar, Noh-Varr, and Gladiator.

@The_Tree: I believe that there was a Marvel Knights mini-series starring the Inhumans a few years ago, and then there's the War of Kings story with the Shi'ar (including Gladiator) and the Inhumans.
