Marvel Zombies

Yeah, I thought the Other was gangsta. And was one of the best written Spider-Man story-arcs, compared to Maximum Carnage and Back in Black.

OMG yes I totally can't wait for that! Do you read Wizard?
X-Men:Messiah Complex,Ultimates/Supreme Squadron corssover,Annihilation,Secret Wars.
A lot of good stuff has come out recently: both Annihilations, Iron Fist, Nextwave, and Supreme Power have all been great.

yeah i do and i also saw an interview with campbell somewhere where he said the reason for the delay is that they just want it to be perfect...i really can't wait!! i love campbell's art!
Fantastic Four - original series #1-75 & Annuals, Amazing Spider-Man # 1 - 150 (original series). Though these books are up to 45 years old, they are still great to read and form part of the basis as to where Marvel is today.

Check out in issue #198 letters column. I asked about the comic. Check it out.
X-Men during the late 80's and during the 90's...somewhere along the line, they kind of changed their mood. It is also a plus that they also have the best artist during those time like Jim Lee, Marc Silvestri, among others.

yeah it is..I picked up like two or thre..and wow the writing is good the art is good..i loved it...but I kinda lost touch with it cause I couldn't get it anymore...
the best of all time was probably the OG adjective-less X-Men that was so great...I have a lot of those issues stored in my garage somewhere....
The original Squadron Supreme written by Mark Gruenwald.

shakes head

"it was very well written vance"
I liked it but it wasn't really that significant to Marvel.
pixelized says:
"lol of course not...but it made me love emma more...she is amazing"
I liked her before the series...that's why I read it lol.
World War Hulk, Civil War, Marvel zombies
In the recent Comic Book Resources website poll, I went for Frank Miller & Klaus Janson's Daredevil, though the 'Born Again' storyline is probably my all-time favourite. DD's hard to beat. Chris Claremont's original run on X-Men (up til when Rogue joined) was great, as was his take on the New Mutants. Currently, I'm loving The Twelve - highly recommended!
The 18 issue Emma Frost series was very good. I think Marvel lost readers because it wasn't sure how to market the series - the very sexy Greg Horn covers on the first few issues did not reflect the content - I'm guessing by the time they changed (around issue 8), the book was nosediving sales wise. Still would rank it as a very good, under-rated series.

Nice.
World War Hulk was aight. It was better than the Civil War, IMO....
X-Factor Volume 3: Peter David/ Marvel Knights Madrox: Peter David.
Kyle and Yost New X-Men.
Messiah Complex.
Deadly Genesis.
Civil War.
New Avengers.
Daredevil Volume 2: Bendis or Brubaker.
Mine would have to be the Avengers. I have enjoyed the series through the good and bad years. Next would have to be Rom. This series rocked and had good quality story telling.
so you guys are all pretty young? i would say along with the stuff i mentioned earlier i would go with romita's run on amazing spider-man back in the day, everything during that time period was ground breaking
I thought you meant put on tv lol. I was about to say Xmen. I have to give this some more thought.
I would go with Ragnarok at least I call it that. The death of the gods Thor taking out both his eyes. Lady sif getting her arm blown off. Ironman and captain america coming to asgard.
Then theres Heart of the universe, infinity gauntlet with thanos.
I've always enjoyed The Avengers and X-Men the most. Spider-Man is also great.
Claremont's original run, 1975 to 1991. Original Dark Phoenix Saga, Days of Future Past, the Redemption of Magneto, the Shi'ar, the Brood, Mutant Massacre, Inferno, etc. etc. etc.
And then there was his work on the New Mutants, which was first rate stuff.
New Avengers(pre-civil war)
Avengers Dissassembled
Civil War
Spider-Man: The Other(though i didn't like upgrades it was a good series)
Another Rom fan! Thats great. I read the entire run in my dads collection!
