Josh Keaton as Spider-Man. He's voiced him in Spectacular, he buffs up a bit, and he could play a good live action Peter and a fantastic Spidey.

Keannu Reeves as Iron Fist. Dude can obviously fight and he can probably get the "zen voice" that I always read him with down.

To be honest I think Stephen Lange is to old for Cable. I swear tombstone and Ron Perlman are made for each other espiacly after Pacific Rim. Emellia is a maybe. The GotG cast I kinda ignored sorry. The others I havn't mentioned I've not really seen any of them and checking their history they havn't had any big hits so I'll go by your word that they can act.

i dont know anything about her but she is a nice choice if they ever recasted the part

Kristen Stewart would make a good X-23. People say she can't act, and I've never seen her act but she definitely has the look.
