OK. I'll start:
Jake Gyllenhaal as Peter Parker/Spider-Man (That is, of course, if Tobey didn't nab the role)
That's really hard, maybe Robert Sheehan as Nova? He has the luck and I always imagine Nova as being a bit like that... Though speed ball would math personalities better I guess... Oh well
Keannu Reeves as Iron Fist. Dude can obviously fight and he can probably get the "zen voice" that I always read him with down.
@hillbillymorangie: Sweet Ireland represent!
Adrien Brody as Green Goblin.
@perethorn: to late he plays Paul Bunyan, who was the star of National Comics, which is now DC as far as I'm aware, so breaks rule 1)
;)
Naomi Harris as Storm. She's had starring roles in 28 Days Later, Pirates of the Caribbean and Skyfall and she's way better than Halle Berry.
Scott Caan: Wolverine.
After watching Hobbit yesterday, Beorn (in human form) would be perfect for Wolverine!

Hehe, I can see where you are coming from!
@cloakx14: Michael jai white as luke cage
I've always thought this because of his build and look but I'm not sure if he is a good enough actor.

To be honest I think Stephen Lange is to old for Cable. I swear tombstone and Ron Perlman are made for each other espiacly after Pacific Rim. Emellia is a maybe. The GotG cast I kinda ignored sorry. The others I havn't mentioned I've not really seen any of them and checking their history they havn't had any big hits so I'll go by your word that they can act.
Naomi Harris as Storm. She's had starring roles in 28 Days Later, Pirates of the Caribbean and Skyfall and she's way better than Halle Berry.
i dont know anything about her but she is a nice choice if they ever recasted the part
