With spider-man its the loss of his parents and uncle.

Iron Man was ignored by his father.

Hulk had an abusive father.

THOR has issues with his father and a half-brother

Daredevil lost his father at a young age.

Mutants are neglected by their parents.

Punisher lost his family.

are there any heroes that got their powers or became a hero without any family troubles?

Wasn't Sam ashamed of his dad for skipping work all the time leaving Sam holding the bag for his work? He made the kid clean toilets to support the family.
