What about that sabertooth tiger? He was a zombie. When Silver surfer was flying around the world, you get a glimpse of him.

Yes, but that was in another alternate universe (Earth-7044) not marvel Zombies which is Earth-2149.

Yeah i'm afraid they do. I mean in the savage land you can clearly witness Sabu eating along side Ka-zar. Although as a big cat he probably does this anyway...
