VOODOO AND VALOR! Black Panther is in danger, and it’s up to the Thing and Brother Voodoo to save the King of Wakanda from his demise!
Up early in the morning, Ben heads for T'Challa's, only to find the door open and a costumed man nosing around inside. The guy disappears in a puff of smoke, and reappears to try to convince Ben to talk with him. Introducing himself as Jericho Drumm, a.k.a. Brother Voodoo, he tells Ben he's been investigating the same disappearances that Ben and the Black Panther were looking into last issue, and shows Ben the list of prominent individuals that Ben and T'Challa had been waiting for. The Black Panther is on the list, and based on the signs of a struggle, has obviously been kidnapped too.
While Ben and Jericho set out on the trail of the others, we cut to an airport where all the kidnappees, including the Panther, are being loaded onto a plane. Ben and BV conduct an investigation, and arrive at the field just as the plane taxis away. BP and the others are taken to Uganda, as the prisoners of Dr. Kinji Obatu, W'Sulli (a witch doctor who controls the Zuvembie), and Idi Amin. Ben and Brother Voodoo grab a jet and head for Uganda in hot pursuit...
