Oh Assistant Editor's Month.... HOW DARE YOU! "Not a hoax! Not a what if! Not an imaginary story!" SPOILER... The assistant editor fell asleep and dreamed this, or something like that. This issue is ridiculously awesome. Do me a favor, shell out the $2-$4 for this book and put it on your coffee table. It is amazing... In fact, open it up and read it... Awesome... Aunt May, the Herald of Galactus... she has to gather twinkies to feed him. I better the editors, or A.E. in this case, had a good chuckle about that... because I did. This is probably the best of the assistant editor's month books.

Remember when Marvel was fun, all the books were light hearted. For those who are new to Marvel, there was a strange month in the comics, where the editors went on vacation. The assistant editors took over, Thor became a Frog, the Thing got beat down by a kid in atomic powered boots, and Aunt May became the Herald of Galactus gathering the Twinkies of the world to feed Galactus.

This comic is good just as Army of Darkness is good, maybe not through stirring emotion, but through laughter. A good read if you enjoyed the "What the" series.
