Plot Summary

The Ringmaster is sick of sitting on the sidelines. He's out to make a name for himself. Unfortunately for Spider-Man and Moon Knight, they are caught up in the middle of his master plan. This is the start of a brand-new story arc for the new hit title. It's an excellent jumping-on point for new readers. Find out what everyone is talking about. 
 
Titannus arrives at his home base, having just defeated the mutant Sunfire, where he promises to release his 'beloved' from her statsis cell.

The Ringmaster, in New York, manages to get a hold of a reality controlling from an old man, using his hypnotism powers to take it from him. Meanwhile, at the apartment of Mary Jane and Peter, Mary Jane burns dinner, forcing Pete to go get food out.

Moon Knight is fighting Constrictor, and Spider-Man comes in to aid him, managing to defeat him. After offering Spider-Man a ride home, they are attacked by Ringmaster, who uses his reality powers on them. At the conclusion of the issue, Ringmaster turns Spidey's webbings into explosive material.
