The web-slinger is cleaning up the Baxter Building following last issue's victory over the Puppet Master, when one of the building's fantastic residents and his girlfriend return home. An angry Ben Grimm wants words with Phillip Masters! The Puppet Master reluctantly acknowledges that he might be able to restore Alicia's sight at his old Pennsylvania laboratory. To that end Ben, Alicia, Phillip Masters, and your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man fly to the keystone state in the fantasti-car. But Alicia's step-father has a rather thoughtful accomplice hiding in his old lab! Can the wall-crawler and the idol of millions avoid disaster vs. the Mad Thinker and Puppet Master?
