Hawkeye and Spider-Man find themselves at odds but that may just the opening these mysterious metal men need to destroy the heroes!

Guest-starring Spider-Man and Hawkeye. The Avengers' Ace Archer asks the web-slinger for help in solving a robot caper in upscale Westchester! Spider-Man agrees, and the duo invades the grounds of a mysterious mansion! What manner of man lives inside? Or perhaps what manner of computer? It's an unusual tale as Hawkeye and the wondrous wall-crawler battle the living computer... Quasimodo!

This time Quasimodo, who was last seen in Amazing Adventures #14, is convinced that his destiny is to control all computers in the world. But that is just the chance Hawkeye has waited for, since he is willing to prove that he can stand alone, too. This has been the reason for quitting the Defenders in #11 of their mag. And our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is still trying to work the events of ASM #132-133 in which his highschool friend Liz Allan returned.
