The team was first brought together by Daredevil to take down the Punisher and ended-up on different missions with the Punisher helping them out from afar. They are no longer together. The "team" included Black Widow, Dagger, Cloak, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Moon Knight, Punisher, Shang-Chi, and Ghost Rider.
