    The good news: Aunt May has renovated the guest room in her house and rented it out to a boarder to earn some extra dough for the family. The bad news: She's rented it to DOCTOR OCTOPUS! Not only is Spider-Man's greatest foe using Peter Parker's house as a base of operations for his latest criminal enterprise and putting the moves on his favorite aunt, but now he's also hogging the bathroom all the time! Pete has to figure out some way to foil Doc Ock's latest scheme without tipping his secret identity... And breaking poor Aunt May's heart...

    Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #33 - The Tenant; Mini Marvels by fedspaz on November 01, 2010

    Aunt May has decided to rent out her spare bedroom.  That's all fine and dandy, but she's decided to rent it out to a ex-con.  That ex-con is none other than Dr. Octopus!  Of course Spider-man is suspicious from the very beginning and does not want him living under their roof.  Aunt May will hear nothing of it want wants to give him a second chance... I think he's used up all his chances, hasn't he? My son enjoyed Spider-man some what making a fool out of himself during this issue.  Kind of out ...
