Plot Summary

Storm has gone to the roof of Stark Tower to experience the coming of a large storm.  She wants to absorb bolts of lightning directly into her body.  She draws an especially large bolt, saving New York from a black out. Stark Tower is plunged into darkness instead.
The electric surge through the building not only takes out the power, it mixes the technological elements of the building together into an artificial being. This new training android gone awry, this "Vision", is able to alter its density and move through solid objects. It is driven by Stark's training program: "Attack Avengers and empty the building."
After eliminating nearly all the Avengers, Storm brings the Vision down with another bolt of natural lightning. Iron Man is able (with the help of Giant-Girl) to contain the Vision indefinitely.
The question remaining: should the Avengers deactivate it? Then again, perhaps the final bolt of natural energy from the storm, and from Storm herself changed the Vision even more?

An episode of Mini Marvels is included at the end of the book.

Great comedy!
The Human Torch is interviewing for a gig with the Avengers.  Wolverine and Spider-Man give him a hard time until he decides to leave.
Thor proclaims, "And the Avengers doth claim another victory!"
Ya need to read it to love it!
