Mister X (Professor X/MM/Skrull) from the Amalgam universe is probably the most powerful psychic. But he seems physically weaker than the main MM.

He seems pretty powerful in the current New 52 universe. He fought the entire Justice League, he wiped a huge crowd's mind in Stormwatch, and he took a punch from Apollo without seeming to be phased by it at all. Those are his main feats in the New 52. We'll have to wait and see what else he's capable of in the upcoming Justice League of America.
