James had been working as a mercenary for years now. His military background with sniper training made him the perfect sniper. He had done some big gigs. The shooter that was never found when King Vertimal was killed was him. Ambassador Rhyekyl from the Ukraine was shot in his car driving on open roads through tinted bullet proof glass. This was a feat few people could pull off. Marksmen had heard of a company looking for special individuals. He was able to contact Photon by phone and specifically told Photon he wanted someone like him. Photon hung up. A second later a bullet hit dead center on Photons computer screen. A call came in again and Photon was impressed and took Marksmen as one of his personal attendant's.
Marksmen Powers
Marksmen eye has been replaced special optic that allows him even greater accuracy. He is a master of stealth and even before is optic upgrade he is one of the most accurate snipers in the world.
His specialized gun has a number of add-ons that he can adjust before he leaves to go any a mission. Marksmen is always the one that is ready for a fight. Marksmen will run away without hesitation if he is not prepared for something.
With Photon's backing Marksmen always has high tech traps in areas when he expects things to happen. He carries a few items with him that have saved him several times. One of which is a Monofilament dagger that can cut through just about anything on a molecular level.
