    Comic Vine interviews the Editor-in-Chief of Boom! Studios

    The great thing about Mark Waid is that he makes my job very easy to do; in fact, he makes me look good. I was able to sit down and really speak candidly to the Editor-in-Chief of the Boom! Studios publishing house and writer of 'Irredeemable' to discuss everything from what it is like being the head of a publishing company, to what real life issues inspire his stories. If you are one of the many people who dream of breaking into the comics industry, then Mark Waid is certainly someone you can learn from. Sit back, relax and enjoy the first part of the two part interview!

    Awesome interview. Mark Waid is awesome and I like how he described Irredeemable. I can't wait for his next book.

     I always heard that one of the reasons he left DC was because they kept promising him that he'd write for "Superman" after Birthright, but they eventually gave the writer spot to Busiek and then again to Robinson.

    But anyway, awesome interview so far. Can't wait for part 2.

    Is that why "irredeemable"    has that "Superman" feels in it? Cool tools of outrage if it's true

    Are you sure? It works for me and I'm at home. What browser are you using? Is it just this one?

    Something like that happened to me on a clip on AnimeVice a few weeks back. It was on a long clip like this. I waited for a while and tried again and it worked fine.
    @Babs:
    I think it's just a temporary matter. It's working fine for me.
