He has penciled Fathom: Kiani, Soulfire: Chaos Reign and many others

To worked on Soulfire volume 2 for Aspen comics as well as Red Robin from issue 6 until the series cancellation for DC comics.

To's pencils can currently be seen in the Huntress miniseries with Paul Levitz for DC Comics.He has been announced as the new ongoing artist for Batwing, starting in May, 2012.
