    It’s a Moon Knight/Punisher team-up! Marvel’s most morally murky vigilantes must take down Ultimatum’s Flag-Smasher!

Moon Knight is out with Midnight, trying to train him in the ways of the masked vigilante. With all the destruction brought about by the Acts of Vengeance event, Marc wanted to check on a small business he owns. While there, they noticed the cops chasing a purple truck. Midnight hotwires a vehicle from Marc's store and they take chase. They follow it to a storage facility and Midnight foolishly drives right through the gates. They are quickly attacked by ULTIMATUM goons. Luckily Punisher is watching from above and helps them out. Frank informs Marc of the situation and Marc sends Jeff home. Marc and Frank shake down a suspected banker with connections to ULTIMATUM and he says he can set up a meet. Anarchy shows up at the meet and shoots the banker point blank. Moon Knight and Punisher jump in, but are both suckered by her. Meanwhile, Flag-Smasher is giving his army a pep-talk.
