    Brief History

    Mant has an ant-like appearance, complete with insect-like eyes,antennae on his head, and external mandibles (jaws). His mandibles have crushing strength, sufficient to break solid wood into splinters. His compound eyes give him a very large view angle, and can presumably detect fast movement and electromagnetic waves. Things invisible to the human eye but visible to ants. His antennae can presumably detect chemicals, air currents, and vibrations. All within the ability of a common ant. It is uncertain if he can also use them for communication.

    He was one of the mutants competing for a vacant spot in X-force/X-Statix. He was able to win a fight against Sycamore. While tiny in comparison to his opponent, Mant managed to severe the fingers reaching for him.
